Hebrew 7:12 Our Lord Jesus Christ is our priest, and he can not be changed. Hebrew 7:24 He has a priesthood that can not be changed. Act 13:38 If the priest has been changed, what will justify us is the law. Hebrew 7:5 Under the Leviticus priest, the commandment is 10%. Since the priesthood has been charged under the Lord Jesus Christ, the law has been changed. Hebrew 1:1-2 Matthew 17:1-5 When the priesthood was changed, there was a need to change the law. What is in the heart is now being changed. There is no crime if there is no law but the will be a crime if there is a law. There should be a corresponding law that will make us not commit adultery in our hearts.

We are going to give according to our heart's desire. We should give according to our decision. The commandment for the Christian is to live according to the decision of our heart. We can be given and still not be pleasing to God. We should not make a vow if we can fulfill it, it is better not to vow than to vow and not fulfill it. We should separate what we have already decided in our hearts. There is a Ministry of Giving. Roman 12:6-8 We are not going to give with a hard heart but with a kind heart. It is more difficult to give what is already there than what is already there. Giving a way to prove someone. We will be proven by the way we give.

The work of the enemy is to inject into us what will give us a heavy heart. Matthew 15:19 John 8:44 If it lies that is in our heart, what will come out is a lie. It is Satan that fills our hearts with lies because he is the father of it. If Satan fills our hearts with lies, what will come out of our hearts is a lie. It is important to be faithful in our dealing with God so that we do not give way to the devil. We should do what we told God to do so that we will be faithful in our communication to Good. We should abide by all good things. Malachi 3:8 We should be faithful in our hearts to God and see what He going to do. I Peter 3:1

The Giving in the time of Moses is to give the entire 10% and if they didn't give their 10%, they are stealing from God. There is a promise from God to them if they give to God but the in the Christian dispensation, we should according to our heart decision. In the new testament, it is the decision with our heart. God sees our hearts and he knows what we have decided. Therefore, we should make sure to fulfill the decision in our hearts because God can see our hearts. If some issues come up when we want to fulfill our decision, God will take care of it. We should stick to what is in our hearts.
