Good day great people of MCGI Care Community! Today is the day that the Lord has made we shall rejoice and be glad in it.
I bring us greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! I won't stop appreciating this Community for the great work God is doing through them, it not really easy for one to decide to be a usable vessel in the hand of the Lord, it takes great sacrifice.

Today's program had so much lessons, we were taught about the importance of children discipline. Most country forbid Children from being disciplined which is not healthy for the growth of the children.

We learnt that Children easily learn by observations; that is if they stay around people that always engage themselves in wrong activities as time goes on they themselves would start doing the wrong things they observed.

We equally learnt that discipline means teaching an individual to follow rules and regulations.

We were taught that Children that are disciplined while growing up grow up to become better and useful to their family and societies than children that grew up without discipline.
If our children must grow up in the way of the Lord and become useful to the society then we must train them with serious discipline.

Proverbs 13:24

We learnt from this scripture that God has a commandment that teaches us to correct our children when necessary. We were taught not to spare the rod of correction for our children when it is needed to discipline them. The Bible says that the parents that uses the rod of discipline on their children loves their children.
Each time we spare the rod of correction from our children when it is required it simply shows that we don't love our children.

Proverbs 22:15

We learnt from this scripture that foolishness is bound in the heart of a child but the rod of correction will drive it far from them. So we learnt that it is natural for children to behave foolishly because they are Children, the role of their parents or guardian is to ensure that the child doesn't grow with the foolishness and the way it would be achieved is through discipline.

Proverbs 23:13

We learnt from this scripture that using the rod of correction on a child will not kill the child. Most times some parents are always afraid of using the rod of correction on their children because of fear of death. But the Bible tells us that using the rod of correction on them would not kill them, but it would drive foolishness away from them.

2 Timothy 3:2-3

We learnt from this scripture that if Children are not brought up in the way of the Lord they will grow up to become disobedient to the society and their parents.

MY EXPECTATIONS THAT WAS IMPROVED

I learnt that using the rod of correction on a child would not kill the child but make him better

I learnt that parents must not take advantage of disciplining a child to maltreat their children. They are some parents that afflict their children with unnecessary punishment which would provoke their children to wrath.

I learnt that discipline is necessary if we must bring up our children in the way of the Lord.

I learnt that it is very good to discipline a child. For some countries that has laws that forbids children discipline their law is not helping the children, but rather killing the children.

I learnt that it is very good for us to bring up children in the ways of the Lord. When they are brought up in the way of the Lord they would grow up to become useful to the society.

We are inviting you to join the MCGI Cares (Hive) community that study the words of God and also earn some reward by making our reactions on it. We can check this link https://peakd.com/c/hive-182074/trending

Thanks be to God for listening on our meeting.

MCGI Cares (Hive) community's main mission is to share the words of God, not the Hive upvotes. If we get upvotes, please treat it as just a bonus. Do not focus mainly on material things as the bible is teaching us not to look at things seen but rather focus our eyes on things not seen.

II CORINTHIANS 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
