THE IMPORTANT POINTS IN THE LESSON
Good day great people of MCGI Care Community! Today is the day that the Lord has made we shall rejoice and be glad in it.
I bring us greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! I won't stop appreciating this Community for the great work God is doing through them, it not really easy for one to decide to be a usable vessel in the hand of the Lord, it takes great sacrifice.
Today's program had so much lessons, we taught about divorce and all the negative effect it brings in the home; the divorce is something that is predominant in our world today, and most country has made it easier for couple to divorce through their legality.
We learnt that divorce has a way of breaking the families and if the family is broken the children would be affected seriously. It has a way of affecting the Children's performance in everything they do. Most children that comes from a divorce homes easily find themselves depressed.
We learnt that under the law of man no one prohibits divorce, but divorce is seriously prohibited by God. We learnt that God hates divorce and doesn't want any of His Children to partake of it because it is not good.
MY EXPECTATIONS THAT WAS IMPROVED
I learnt that the only way we can avoid divorce is to give ourselves to the faith; that is the gospel and teachings of our Lord Jesus. If we continue in the doctrine of the Lord we won't fall victim of divorce.
I learnt that if every married couple would practice the doctrine of our Lord Jesus divorce would not be an option for them. For instance the Bible teaches husband to love their wife as Christ loves the Church and that the wife should submit to their own husband as unto the Lord. If these teaching are practiced then there won't be room for divorce.
I learnt that we should be sure of the person we are getting married to in order not to end up in divorce. Most people rush into marriage without a proper knowledge of the person they getting married to and the end of such marriage is not really good.
I learnt that the effect of divorce is not good because it has a way of affecting the children. Living in a broken family is not healthy for Children.
I learnt that God in His word hates divorce and separation. He doesn't want any of His Children to be part of anything called divorce. The Bible says what God has joined together let no man put asunder. He says in His word that anyman that put away his wife and marries another commits adultery and any man that marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
I learnt that the only condition for a man and a woman to even consider separating is own the grounds of infidelity. Like when a woman or a man Commit adultery or fornication.
I learnt that marriage is not something we enter to come out. It is a life long thing, so anyone entering into marriage much make up their mind.
I learnt that the cause of divorce and separation in marriage is insufficient preparation. We were encouraged to be sure of ourselves and to prepare adequately before going into marriage.
