Parental love should be unconventional regardless of what their children's behavioral attitude is Parente should be able to give the kind of love Jesus Christ gave to the world been out perfect example as children of God while we were still sinners God loved us and gave us his only begotten son Jesus to die for us just to save us from destruction that's the true nature of love so parents shouldn't wait till their children is perfect before they can love them we see from the book of Matthew 7-11 the bible describes what a true parental love is and then Jesus said that if us having a sinful and evil heart can give good gift to our children how much more our heavenly father give good gift to them that ask of him and there's no better gift than showing love to others to our children
Unfortunately in our present time parents only tends to love their children well they think the child is behaving well and in some occasions like this you notice some parents loving one of their kid and hating the other but in brother Eli's teaching he made us to understand that God loved both the good and the evil we saw that in Matthew 5:45 let let's his sun to shine for both the evil and the bad and he also gave rain to everyone regardless of our nature parents should learn to love their children even when they are misbehaving or have a mental issues not only our children we as children of God should love everyone equally both the good ones and the bad ones that is the commandment of God as seen in the book of Luke 6:35
Regarding our topic how to regain the love of parents for us to gain the love of everyone including our parents we should start doing good to everyone let our character and behavior be pleasing both in the sight of God and in the sight of man from 1 Peter 3:1 this verse scripture advice wives to submit to their husbands so people who are not believers can learn to live right through her character so also should we behave right let our lifestyle be worthy of emulation with that we will not only attract the love of our parents and others we will also attract the love of God
It is our manner of life our behavior amd our character that can help us win the heart of a person
