Although in life I can say that it is impossible to please a man even with all the good you do towards them man are still selfish that nothing you do can satisfy them but to do the commandments of God and to love everyone regardless of whether they are evil or good we must put up a godly character to be able to win them to love us It is our character our behavior and our good dealings with others will make them like us
One of the good deals that can help win people to our side is the act of giving bible said the gift of a man makes a way for him we also see from the examples of Esau and Jocab in Gen 32-13-18 after Jocab had taken the birth right of his elder twin brother Esau hated him to the point of wanting to kill him and that was the reason Jocab ran away from home but when Jocab wished to return home to his father's house he realized that he must do something to appeal his brother so it should be for us of course our teaching topic is How To Regain The Love Of Our Parents we must do something for them to appeal them of their anger towards us through wisdom Jocab had to go with lots of valuable and expensive gifts ahead of him to go met his brother and that alone made the anger Esau had towards his brother to vanish we must give good gifts to our parents and to others to be able to be on their good page
Also we must learn to do the opposite of all the things we did before that they don't like we should be able to submit to them and do according to their heart desire Paul in the book of 1 Corinthians 9:20 he said unto the Jews he became like the Jews just so he can win their soul we must do everything within our power to win the soul of others to ourselves and to Christ any good thing that will make them happy we must honour our parents
And lastly we should pray for our parents
The heart of all men belong to God we can prayer for God to turn their favour towards us when we pray for the good will of our parents and other we left them with no choice but to love us because prayer is the master key to every challenges of life
