I want to contribute to the question IS A MAN'S FATE UNDER THE CONTROL OF GOD?(Part 2of2).
The answer is tied to that man's submission to God
If after all God's instructions, teaching,and warnings to you, and you choose lies over truth, 2Thes. 2:11-12 has this for you: And for this cause, God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. That they all might be damned who believe not the truth, but had pressure in unrighteousness
God doesn't allow you to believe lies, be in darkness, and be lost. He gives you the freedom of trusting Him enough to submit to Him.
James 4;7 made it clear, by saying So then, submit yourselves to God. Resist the Devil, and he will run away from you.
Submiting to God allows Him to direct our steps according to Proverb 16:9, Jeremiah 10:23.
If we submit ourselves to God, He works His will in us. Phil. 2:13 because God is always at work in you to make you willing and able to obey his own purpose
So, yes, Man's fate can be controlled by God by SUBMITING TO GOD.
