Hello everyone, today is the second day of our mass Indoctrination. We have been learning about the doctrine of our lord Jesus Christ. I Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of today mass Indoctrination. The teaching as been expository, I thank God for using bro Elisoriano to teach us the doctrine of our lord Jesus Christ.
*MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 2 INTRODUCTION*
Bro Elisoriano started with the in-depth teaching of the doctrine of our lord Jesus Christ and it has enabled me to learn elot about the history of church and our place on earth.
LESSON FROM TODAY MASS INDOCTRINATION
In today's mass indoctrination firstly I learnt that We are to join the church of God it is a commandments. If you are rejecting the church you are rejecting christ.
Secondly I learnt that good name is better than riches. If we truly believe in the bible we will only be in churches named after God.
I also learnt that In the bible there is only one church. Some dont use churches but they are witnesses of the lord. A witness has seen and experienced Christ. Some people call it ministry What is in the bible is not ministry the proper name of congregation is church. Ecclesia which means a calling out. The first set of people that formed the church were from Judaism
I also learnt today from bro Elisoriano that We are higher in the creation of God. We are superior to lion dolphins and other animals so why will we worship them. It is wrong to worship animals. Most Indians worship animals which is wrong. Man has the ability to tame animals so why worship them. They are meant to be eaten.
I also learnt today that We are gentles. Gentiles are members of the same body. So we are members of the church. We are to accept the righteousness of the gospel. We should be partakers of his promise in christ by the gospel. The church is the body of Christ and we are one with christ as members of the church.
IMPACT ON THE TEACHINGS ON ME.
Todays mass indoctrination teachings has been very helpful and has open my mind to deeper knowledge of Christ doctrines.
Before I don't usually Understand the explanation of one body in christ but now I do understand that as christians we are bonded with christ.
Todays teaching has impacted me by making me understand that giving our life to christ is not just by raising of the hands but its about walking with the consciousness of righteous life. Not going back to the ways of the earth. It is about following what is written in the bible.
It has also impacted my life by making me understand the source of the church and I am not to just attend any church that does not teach the doctrines according to the bible. I have to think about What I am sorry practicing in my daily life
