God is a just God. This means that every of God’s judgement is perfect and right. There is no way it could have been better than that. There is no one who has can judge better than God in any situation. God knows the right judgement to give out to suit every situation. No man can be cheated by God in the way he dispense His judgement. No one can be unfairly judge by God. God always delivers the right judgement in every situation.
When we see evil things happen to those who are good, sometimes it is our own evaluation that makes it look as if it is evil. Before God, that situation might actually work out for the good of that person. Like the Bible says, maybe God is taking away the righteous person from the evil days. The evil days might make him lose his soul. So, God allows that person to pass away (in case of death) so that his soul might be saved
We can't question God because He is just in all His action.
