The preaching of the Lord Jesus Christ is the preaching of the gospel, not of the Ten Commandments or the law of Moses. Christ did not preach the ten commandments, infact He preached contrary to the Ten Commandments.
The Ten Commandments in its statutes and judgment says that 'you have to love your fellow Jews but you have to hate your enemies', but in the preaching of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is clear that you have to love your enemies. Matthew 5:43;
"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy"
That was the statue and commandments in the law of Moses.
Matthew 5:44;
"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you"
There’s a great difference between the teaching of Moses in the Old Testament and the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ in the gospel.
In the gospel, you do not only love your neighbour, you love even your enemies. Philippians 1:27;
"Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of you that you stand firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel"
The manner of life of a Christian that we must live must be a life worthy of the gospel of Christ. As a teenager of 16 years, the best manner of life you have to live is the gospel of Christ; you have to live as a good Christian according to the gospel of Christ. And the gospel of Christ is the totality of the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 7:28;
"And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine"
Matthew 5:3-7;
3:"Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven”
4:"Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted."
5:"Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth."
6:"Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled."
7:"Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy."
The fundamental doctrines of the gospel must be your way of life.
