I can't, but agree with Brother Eli's explanation that to be a Christian is not just by claiming it,but by following the teachings of Christ. That's what Matt.28:20 says

But, the case of indecent dressing, though women are referred to in 1Tim.2:9, it pertains to men as well. Anyone dressing indecently is not doing the right thing.
