Matthew 28:19 - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost
I welcome you all to another beautiful weekend. In today's teaching, we look into the dynamics of baptism. Baptism is a very important aspect of the life of a believer. This was among the last instructions given to the disciples by Jesus Christ to carry out as we can see in the scripture above.
After receiving the word of God and accepting Christ in your life, the next line of action is to get baptized. When we get baptized we identify in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Baptism is highly significant in the life of a Christian.
1 Corinthians 12.13 - For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Baptism is a sort of means that bonds unto to one spirit, despite our tribe, race or status in life. Baptism is a clear directive of Christ unto believers.
