MASS INDOCTRINATION-DAY 4|20TH NOVEMBER, 2024
Bible references: Philippians 4:6, Acts 1:24-25, Timothy 4:4-5, Luke 8:7, 1 Thessalonians 5:17
When we pray we should avoid vain repetitions. God doesn't need to hear us say prayers in a particular pattern over and over again before our prayers reaches him. There's a right manner by which we are meant to pray.
Philippians 4.6 - Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
God knows our expectations even before we present them to Him. This is why it is irrelevant making prayers that consists of the same phrases continuously whereas God hears us the first time we made the prayers. God classified people who make such prayers as heathens.
God is interested in our affairs and will never fail to show up for us whenever we are in need.
