Hello lovelies,
The purpose of our existence is to do good, as emphasized in Galatians 6:10: "As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith." In this verse, we are reminded that we should seize every opportunity to do good, not just to those who share our beliefs, but to everyone.
However, there are those who argue that faith alone is enough and that doing good is unnecessary. This belief is misguided and misunderstands the purpose for which we were created. Our purpose on this Earth is not just to have faith, but to put that faith into action and do good in the world. It is not enough to simply believe in doing good, we must actively seek to do good whenever we can.
Our hands and bodies were not designed to be harmful to others. Unlike carnivorous animals that kill to survive, our features are soft and meant to comfort and help others. We have arms to embrace, hands to guide, and feet to move quickly to help those in need. Our whole being is designed to do good and help others, and this is what we should strive to do every day.
When we do good, we not only help others, but we also help ourselves. Helping others can bring us joy, satisfaction, and a sense of purpose. When we see the impact our good deeds have on the world, it can be incredibly rewarding. It is through our actions that we can truly make a difference in the world and fulfill our purpose.
Doing good is not just about helping others, but it is also about bettering ourselves. When we do good, we become kinder, more compassionate, and more empathetic individuals. We learn to appreciate the value of community and the importance of working together to create a better world.
Our purpose on this Earth is to do good, to make the world a better place, and to spread kindness and love wherever we go. When we embrace this purpose and actively seek to do good, we can make a meaningful impact on the world and leave a positive legacy for future generations.
It is when we do good that men will know and recognise us as the true disciples of Christ Jesus. Jesus said that his brethren as those who visit the fatherless, the orphans and widows to do good to them. So if we must become the brethren of Christ Jesus, them we must do good and fulfil the very purpose of our existence.
