Spending time in discord, I know mainly of the Tip.cc bot (cc supposedly standing for cryptocurrency). It's a custodial multi-wallet bot that facilitates quick, easy, free transfers between other users. So this means it's a catch-22 - super beneficial for crypto movement, but "not your keys, not your money," rings loudly. If the bot were ever to be taken offline, any crypto left in it would disappear.
The very similar but possibly superior bot you may NOT have heard about, is called CCTip ... and "there's an app for that."
The major difference between the two (besides CCTip having an app), is that CCTip works on additional platforms! This is huge because it means you can tip people in places like Twitter, WeChat, Telegram, Reddit, or of course Discord (tipcc works on discord and telegram currently).
I don't think CCTip is as prominent as Tipcc yet, but I think mostly because Tipcc has been around longer and was one of the first to market, and it's not an easy discussion to switch because the "free" transactions no longer apply when taking coins out that aren't inherently feeless.
But that just means that CCTip has a lot of room to grow.
Whereas Tipcc has a faucet you can use every 12 hours (and you have to vote for the bot after watching an ad), CCTip has a daily FREE multi-token faucet. All you have to do is load the app and click "Grab." You'll get 5 different tokens every single day. There's also a daily and weekly drawing you can enter. Again, all of this is free and no ads to watch and no catch.
Get the app today - check it out and get an extra free "Grab" with my referral link: https://my.cctips.io/activity/daily-airdrop?cc_ref_code=XYZWP
If you have a referral network, you can also get free "Grabs" by referring others, up to 5 per day currently. And the best news is, the more people you invite, the more we all benefit. According to the FAQ, the reward pool is sourced from 8% of the airdrops each person collects for free.
Each bot has its own advantages and disadvantages. But CCTip withdrawal fees are extremely high in comparison with Tipcc. Compare withdraw fees: Tippi & CCTip - 0.003 ETH , Tipcc ~ 0.0016 at Eth: $594.90 (+0.01%) | 32 Gwei. For TRX 0.5 for CCTip and zero or feeless for Tipcc.
Sorry, I'm just seeing your reply. Are those fees charged by the bot? I was not aware of that. I have never withdrawn from CCTip, but I assumed all withdrawal fees were determined by the network of the coin being withdrawn. I have not been charged a fee for withdrawing a feeless coin from Tipcc. If the ETH fees are different, are you sure it's not just the gas fee settings? I am curious now. Thanks for mentioning it.
Same here. Sorry for delay. Just compare fees right now for the same ERC20 1MT token.
In CCTip 0.027eth Х 1590 = 42.9$
In Tipcc ~ 14.10$
