A balloon “pops” at 20 damage
Balloons can be bought or generated through factories up until I announce an endgame post

Introducing the BattleGlass,
A militarized magnifying glass that deals 3 damage to an entire players balloon stash.
To activate the weapon you have to tip the owner of the weapon...
