Sometimes we see something on the social media news feed, and just have idea how much time we spend there. Just time passes quickly. Maybe you can your time in a productive way. And a little effect can make a big difference sometimes. Thank you @pixiepost for sharing your experience!

Oh absolutely! If you are sucked into the social media vortex, time will fly very quickly lol. That's why I mentioned about scheduling a time to check it once or twice a day with intention instead of blindly scrolling. Then, it can be a positive thing. Also muting & blocking people or content that lowers your energy vibration is helpful.

Thank so much for watching! :) I appreciate you! 💚

When I started using steem/hive blockchain, my time spending on Facebook decreases gradually. I'm active on Twitter because our community is over there and our activity on Twitter positively affects Hive.

You know what? I have noticed that myself. I still use Messenger to talk to family and a few friends but I just haven't felt as much urge to post on there as much, especially after the detox. I will keep my page up etc but eh, I would rather be on the HIVE blockchain (& yes, Twitter, too). It is a much more vibrant & uplifting environment.
