A friend at work bought the physical board game and we played during our lunchbreak a few times and loved it... and then there was a pandemic so we played this online version a few times and it's honestly really fun.
I was worried about Serra's blockchain parts. The free cards are not NFTs which is fair and shows they're thinking about the game and now just grabbing for sales, but the crate NFTs are available on Polygon which is a good move I think... not too devastating fee wise.
There's nothing to suggest the game will be provably fair like Splinterlands, but I'm not actually sure how many people legitimately care about that. It's important to me, but I might be an outlier there.
I'm curious but not committing to this just yet. Thanks for putting it on my radar.
