I was curious about the language or scientific name of this succulent plant and I searched on Google and found it. It turns out this plant is a type of Portulacaria afra plant (known as elephant bush , hog bush , purslane tree , dwarf jade , and spekboom in Afrikaans ).

It is a small-leaved succulent plant found in South Africa . This succulent generally has reddish stems and green leaves , but variegated cultivars are often seen in cultivation.

This plant is easy to care for and can easily be used as a houseplant in a sunny location. In frost-free areas, this plant can be used in outdoor landscapes.

The scientific classification is as follows:

Kingdom: Plantae

Clade: Tracheophytes

Clade: Angiosperms

Clade: Eudicots

Order: Caryophyllales

Family: Didiereaceae

Genus: Portulacaria

Species: P. afra

Hello! Your plant is not Spekboom, it's Coleus prostratus or pillow plant.
Portulacaria afra becomes a small bush and looks like this:
