Being a very curious person, I clicked on the profile of @hive-183841
from whom I received a upvote on one of my posts 😀
And then I saw that it was a community of Cactus lovers, my favorite ornamental plants.
It immediately occurred to me that this is the right community where I can publish the pictures I took at the beginning of June this year, from my vacation in Cyprus.
While staying in Protaras, I set myself the task of visiting all the attractions and natural beauty of the surroundings, so among other things, I also visited the Cactus Park in the immediate vicinity of the Statue park, on the approach to Ayia Napa.
I like cacti a lot, but I don't have the conditions to grow them, especially this big, so visiting this park was a real hit.
The day was not too sunny and the temperature was around 30 degrees Celsius, so I could only imagine how this tour (or stay in the desert where they both live) would have gone if it had been over 40 degrees Celsius...
Without desert temperatures, I enjoyed visiting the park, the beauty of their shapes, as well as the beauty of their flowers...
That's a lot of things I wouldn't want to parachute into and I'm not just saying they're phallic.
There are plenty of brave tourists who pay for Parasailing. The boats drive them a few hundred meters from the shore next to this park. And they obviously don't know about this park... Scenario: the rope breaks and they start landing in the direction of the park - seriously those thorns, for such naked parasailing flyers 😅
