Sé muy poco sobre el cuidado de las plantas, tan poco que una vez me regalaron una suculenta y se ahogó de tanta agua que le eche. Por eso decidí está vez no prestar tanta atención y confiar en el proceso de la vida, semanalmente o cada vez que recordaba les echaba un poco de agua e iba notando como poco a poco iban creciendo.
I know very little about the care of plants, so little that once I was given a succulent and it drowned from so much water that I poured on it. That's why I decided this time not to pay so much attention and to trust in the process of life, weekly or every time I remembered I poured a little water and I noticed how little by little they were growing.
Ésta foto fue a finales de Enero, ya cambiados a una nueva maceta y con varios hijos a su alrededor.

Anteriormente como ya había dicho, hace dos años nos regalaron a mis primos, a mi hermana y a mi un cactus para cada uno.
Nuestra madre espiritual no los dió con el nombre de Miguelitos, que proviene de San Miguel arcángel.
Hace poco investigue y di con el resultado de que este tipo de cactus se da muchísimo en sur América y su nombre científico es Echinopsis calochlora.Al leer en esta página que encontré:

Previously, as I had already said, two years ago my cousins, my sister and I were given a cactus for each of us.
Our spiritual mother gave them to us with the name of Miguelitos, which comes from St. Michael the Archangel.
I recently did some research and found out that this type of cactus is very common in South America and its scientific name is Echinopsis calochlora when I read this page I found:

Gracias a esa página me di cuenta de muchos errores que estuve cometiendo al cambiarlas de maceta.
Sin embargo de eso se trata, de investigar y sobre todo poner en práctica ese nuevo conocimiento que se está adquiriendo.

Con está creencia pude entender porque nuestra madre espiritual tiene sus "Miguelitos" en la entrada de su casa y también el por qué de ese nombre, ya que San Miguel arcángel es el patrono protector (es un tema sumamente profundo, religioso que únicamente quiero mencionar).

With this belief I could understand why our spiritual mother has her "Miguelitos" at the entrance of her house and also the reason for that name, since Saint Michael the Archangel is the patron protector (it is a very deep, religious topic that I only want to mention).
