Hola hola mundo Hive, espero que todos estén sanos y felices, de nuevo llegamos al viernes nos preparamos para disfrutar de un nuevo fin de semana.

Hoy es mi primera publicación en esta estupenda comunidad, dónde compartiré con ustedes acerca de un pequeño jardín dónde las protagonista son mis hermosos cactus y suculentas.

Mi madre es fans de cactus, suculentas, orquídeas y cuánta planta exótica logré conocer, creo que de ella herede mi pasión por los jardines, mi suegra también tenía algunas de estas especies que cuidaba con mucho esmero.

Today is my first post in this wonderful community, where I will share with you about a small garden where the protagonists are my beautiful cacti and succulents.

My mother is a fan of cactus, succulents, orchids and how many exotic plants I got to know, I think she inherited my passion for gardens, my mother-in-law also had some of these species that she took care of with great care.

Los cactus son una de mis plantas favoritas debido a su forma única y propiedades inusuales, la familia de los cactus es extremadamente diversa y presenta una gran variedad de plantas interesantes y atractivas. Muchas variedades son de bajo mantenimiento son incluso resistentes. Ya sea para la maceta o el jardin, un cactus tiene un encanto muy especial.

Uno de los géneros presentes en mi fantástico jardín es el Opuntia, son plantas arbustivas o arbóreas, de gran porte,llegando a tener mas de 300 especies y todas ellas son provenientes de América.

Cacti are one of my favorite plants because of their unique shape and unusual properties, the cactus family is extremely diverse and presents a wide variety of interesting and attractive plants. Many varieties are low maintenance are even hardy. Whether for the pot or the garden, a cactus has a very special charm.

One of the genera present in my fantastic garden is the Opuntia, they are shrubby or arboreal plants, of great size, reaching more than 300 species and all of them come from America.

Estás bellezas son una plantas duras y crecen en terrenos áridos y semiáridos.

Necesitan luz solar a pleno sol, pero van bien en semisombra. Pueden soportar zonas heladas, según sea su especie. Pero se adaptan mejor en zonas de buena ventilación.

These beauties are hardy plants and grow in arid and semi-arid soils.

They need full sun, but do well in semi-shade. They can withstand freezing areas, depending on their species. But they adapt better in areas with good ventilation.

Una de las cosas que más disfruto con estás bellezas, es como la naturaleza nos enseña las maravillas que puede hacer, está Opuntia fue sembrada en una sola penca pequeña y a medida que a ido creciendo y desarrollando se a formado como especie de unos simpáticos pies. No les parece?

One of the things I enjoy the most with these beauties, is how nature shows us the wonders it can do, this Opuntia was planted in a single small stalk and as it has been growing and developing it has formed as a kind of nice feet. Don't you think?

Pues bien queridos amigos, esta bella especie también se conoce como cactus oreja de conejo o alas de ángel, es una planta lista para habitar tanto en interiores como exteriores por su fácil cuidado y su bonito aspecto.

Well dear friends, this beautiful species is also known as rabbit ear cactus or angel wings, is a plant ready to inhabit both indoors and outdoors for its easy care and beautiful appearance.

Las macetas de arcilla sin esmalte y con agujeros de drenaje en el fondo son perfectas para plantar está linda especie. El material poroso del que están hechas estás masetas ayuda a evaporar el exceso de agua y reduce las posibilidades de que se pudran las raíces.

Aquí les dejo una muestra de mi pequeño jardín, espero les guste, y si aún no tienen estás hermosas plantas los invito a cuidar muchas de ellas son hermosas y se convierte en un verdadero hobby.

Unglazed clay pots with drainage holes in the bottom are perfect for planting this beautiful species. The porous material that these pots are made of helps evaporate excess water and reduces the chances of root rot.
