Blessed Love Reggaejahmin HIVE Community!
Give thanks and praise for all of our days and all the people in it. Q1 is almost done, I hope it has been a good one.
I think we as reggaejahmers should pay more attention to what is going on on the Reggaejham interface, I recently had a chat with a new community called Afri-music and we came up with a win win situation where their community uses the #JAHM tag. ( though they could have just used it, I think it’s better when you network and hold a reasoning). They have not officially created a peakd community or interface as yet as it is in the initial stages and is operating in the Music community. we welcome them as the are the root of our music and culture. Though I know many will want to use peakd all the time, just hop by reggaejahm.com sometimes and see some of the great posts you wont see in the reggaejahm community or even going through peakd as it is vast. Show your support and rep for the culture.
A-ads
The A-ads BTC income on the Reggaejahm interface increased from 0.00000686 to 0.00000804. Now, if Reggaejahmers visited the interface more ( if some of you even visit it 😂), this would help boost those earnings. Once we have reached a decent amount of earnings, we as a community can vote on what exactly to do with it.
WHAT'S JAHMIN' THIS WEEK?
Whats JAHMIN this week?. Redemption song cover for the Hive Open Mic contest and what an expression of freedom it is. Afri-music in Pigeon English with a message of contentment and praise. On the event tip, cultural showcase from San Augustin Venezuela with a live musical showcase. Next, the mixing of a Dancehall track and the end product, this Riddim has a blend of genres and sounds to please the ears. Spring flowers and positive vibrations from Jamaica via Japan. Loved the Devine thoughts and pictures in this one. And next we have a demo tune and life vlog by yours truly.
You don't need to be in the Caribbean or from it to post in our community. From Ital food to reggae music, Caribbean news and much more is welcome in our community. To learn more about our tags/cultural initiatives, see the following posts: Dashout Sunday, APART, and RJNAS.
Every week I'll select a 20% beneficiary and this week I chose @iyedrumz for doing a great cover of redemption song by Bob Marley. Good voice and good choice for the HIVE open mic contest and inline with Reggaejahm culture! Luckily he was wise to use #JAHM so we could get to see it on the Reggaejahm interface.
In no particular order, Lets Get JAHMIN!

Question Of the Week
How do you think JAM-Dex ( the new Jamaican digital dollar / CBDC) will affect the lives of people in Jamaica, seeing that it is a developing nation?
For those who want to give vlogging a try, this is your chance. There is your topic and remember we have 3speak network, our very own video platform on HIVE. But of course you can always comment below.

What positive developments and news and even music that's considered Surinamese - apart from Indigenous sound - has roots in African music and rhythm.
I have been on the interface a couple of times, but only to read. I should visit more often, maybe start with one time per week.
Yeh man! Any little vibes counts and our root really do sprout from Africa so it was a no brainer.
Once a week would be good, better than none at all 😄
pS: When I am on PC, I usually have a window open on Reggaejham and another on peakd.
That's an option. I usually have two on PeakD open (mult-tasking 😅), so one for the Reggaejahm shouldn't be that difficult.
