It's been 30 days since I started in terracore (05/25/2023) and this post is about my current progress in the game, you can follow my initial post about the game where I talk a little about it and the investments I've made .

My initial investment was 28.447 Hive ($10 the day I started in the game) to become a citizen, this is a fee that everyone needs to pay to start in terracore, the amount is $10 in Hive.
I also bought 50 Scrap Tokens to upgrade my stats, these were my initial investments.
With 50 SCRAP tokens I can leave my statistics like this:
I put Engineering at 5 and for that I spent 30 SCRAP.
I put Damage to 20 and for that I spent 1 SCRAP.
I put Defense at 40 and for that I spent 14 SCRAP.
I set the Stash Size to 5 and for that I spent 5 SCRAP.
My knowledge about the game wasn't that great, basically I had only read the Terracore Wiki and some posts from other players, so I didn't want to make a very high investment in the game before knowing more about it in practice.
As the days went by, I managed to get a sense of my earnings within the game and adding the attacks plus the earnings from mining, I managed to take 11 SCRAP a day, this value could be higher if I had more activity in the game to prevent others players would loot me too often and steal more SCRAPS. But I limited myself to only 2x a day in the game because I was busy with other things.
The amount of 11 SCRAP (on average) is not a bad amount and now that I know how much I can earn per day my strategy is very simple, I will use part of the earnings to recover my initial investment and I will use another part to invest more in the game and increase my earnings.
After 30 days I managed to earn 331.74 SCRAP, I decided to sell 220.74 SCRAP to recover part of my investment and used the remaining 104 SCRAP to improve my statistics.
The current value of Scrap is $0.0195 so 220.74 SCRAP netted me $4.30. This value should have been higher because I should have sold a part when SCRAP was at $0.04 but unfortunately I was too lazy to sell and ended up accumulating, I probably wouldn't have sold all 220.74 SCRAP for $0.04 because the price was falling little by little but I would have I'm sure I've made a bigger profit and I'm one step closer to recouping my initial investment.
The remaining SCRAP I used in my stats and now they look like this:
I put Engineering at 7 and for that I spent 61 SCRAP.
I put Damage to 50 and for that I spent 29 SCRAP.
I put Defense at 50 and for that I spent 16 SCRAP.
I set the Stash Size to 10 and for that I spent 5 SCRAP.
My strategy is still taking a part to recoup my investment and another to increase my stats, I believe it shouldn't take long until I recover 100% of my investment but I still find the game fun and also takes up little time and there are still many other functions for me to unlock like missions and planets, but I'm not thinking of making that investment right now.
