Very important points of the tournaments, which will be explained in detail later.
The most important thing about the tournaments is to reward the skill of each player, that's why all tournaments cards are available to play no matter how many nft you have in your possession, so there are no excuses to be the best Duelist in the world.
Tournament organizers will be able to generate money from the tournaments, so it is a source of sustainable investment and profitability.
How do tournaments work?
Tournaments must be created by organizers who have an NFT asset that allows them to generate low-cost tournaments that can be cancelled in #kod or #hive.
This is the NFT asset that allows you to create your own tournaments and generate income.
The tournament organizer must have within its assets an NFT element that allows him to create the events and in turn cancel a fee in $KOD or in $HIVE, in the same way he can determine if the tournament entry will have a fee that can be canceled in $KOD or in $HIVE.
The event organizer will have the option to take 15% of the proceeds from everything collected from the participants and the other 85% would be distributed to the winners of the tournament. It also has the option to distribute 100% of the collected shares among the players.
The event organizer will also have the option to make available all the cards from the King Of Duels game so that players are not limited to participating and can showcase their best play. Although the creator of the tournament will be able to choose whether to make an event with limit cards or without limits.
We seek to generate competitiveness and at the same time both parties can generate income through the tournaments.
Important points
Point 1: The distribution of the rewards is intended for 3 winners of the tournament and the distribution of the prize would be as follows:
- First Place: 50% of the prize money
- Second Place: 30%.
- Third Place: 15%.
Point 2: Please be very clear about the date and time you wish the tournament to take place as this information cannot be changed.
Point 3: The creation of the tournament must be done at least 1 hour in advance as a minimum requirement and such event must be carried out with the participants that have registered until the moment the tournament starts.
point 4: Tournament prizes will be distributed automatically within 2-3 hours.
point 5: Tournaments can be organized either for 16 players, 32 players or unlimited.
point 6: The classification will be handled in the following way, wins - losses.
point 7: The tournaments last 3 hours and you can only play a maximum of 5 times against an opponent, the duels are random and will not take into account your current league, since all the cards are available and everything will be on equal terms.
The history of all games will be available for all players to see if they see anything strange e.g. "MAMUT or win trade" accounts could be banned if this rule is inflicted, both in rating and tournaments.
This is what the tournaments look like, you will have several tables with histories and rankings and two buttons, one to play and one to build a deck, remember that there will be two tournament formats and your deck will have to be aligned to the type of tournament you are playing.
