That is really amazing! We turned out to be neighbors not only in the same city but also living in the same neighborhood. :) As for restaurants in Saburtalo, I like Coffee Lab for coffee, matcha, and breakfasts/lunches; Baho Cafe near Delisi Metro for the same stuff; and Sarmoni and Pasanauri restaurants for good Georgian cuisine.
By the way, I have never been to Art Cinema Café that you mentioned, but now that I saw the announcement about the Twin Peaks screening on their page, I immediately understood why the abandoned trains in your post gave me a little feeling of anxiety. I grew up with Twin Peaks, and its dramatic scenes featuring abandoned trains impacted me more than I realized until now.
