Dear Stranger from the other side of the world,
I've been meaning to come back to Hive and write a post for a while now. I actually wrote many things and decided not to post them. Some are saved as drafts some are lost. I judged them as too sad and depressing. I wanted this post to be special.
My blog has been a reflection of my life right before I went silent. And my life back then wasn't so bright. So I didn't want to have a kind of sorrowful diary. If you know what I mean.
Deep thoughts and existential questions I allow in my posts but they shouldn't take over. That's why I preferred to stay quiet for a while rather than let them get to you through my posts. The world is already full of negativity and has no need for me to spread it any further.
I sound like an Instagrammer, I know lol. But when I think about it... As fake as the Instagram people might be, I admire them for this mindset. Why not show the bright side of our worlds and try to brighten each others' days?

Today I managed to summon some happy memories to bring along.
My country, Tunisia, isn't known to be a paradise on earth. But in the Summer it's easy to pretend.
I had some nice weekends lately with my friends and I thought I might share some of them here.
I visited my friends in Sousse (a famous coastal city known for its nice beaches) And we had a good day by the sea. We found a place that was both beautiful and completely empty. And for a day, we felt like we own the country lol. An advantage of hanging out with the natives 😉
The water was clear and the weather nice and sunny. Things couldn't get any better
