Woow. I haven´t really tried Japanese cuisine yet but these look fantastic :) Delicious and even healthy at the same time :D

You definitely should then! Japanese cuisine is so much more varied then what appears on the menu of Japanese restaurants abroad and this is only the tip of the iceberg. I don't know about the healthy part though, I mean Japanese food has a lot to offer on the healthier side, but I'm not sure Osaka specialties would qualify haha! A lot of them are fried so they can weigh on the stomach, although udon noodles sure are pretty light and healthy. Osaka is a good place to start exploring the Japanese food scene nonetheless. ^^
