Later that night, after arriving in Lipa, Batangas, and after we had our dinner, my little brother decided to take us to Tanauan City, Batangas. He said there's a beautiful "Pailaw" in there and that we'll surely like and enjoy it. When he told me his plan, I was thinking that it was already late, and as y'all know, I sleep early except when we have to go to the park, which happens rarely. I'm still getting used to this big city of Batangas, so that was my reaction. Lol.
Anyway, SM Lipa is really a lively mall. It is always filled with people. Like, every hour is a busy hour for this place. Very different from our small town, lol. I am sure that I will never get used to the busyness of this place. Even crossing the road is so hard, I had to hold on to my brother's shirt to secure my safety. Lol. It is scary when the road is filled with vehicles, it can be blinding too because of the lights coming on their cars. Ah, another thing, the overpass, I will never like it!
Anyways, we rode on a jeep to reach Tanauan City, and it took more than half an hour in a jeep. And when we arrived there, in the hustling and bustling city of Tanauan. It's already dark, but people are still arriving to check this place. According to my brother, this place is called "Cedera." When I asked him why, he said he doesn't know why, lol.
This is like the "Palanyag" in our province, where a lot of stalls were built and different items were displayed. You can find almost everything here, you can also find food stalls. It is really just like the Cedera of Tanauan. And it is really fun to stroll here because you can find a lot of cheap but useful items.
Mama found a cheap cord, which she needs for her phone. So she got one of it for only 50 pesos, not even $1. I want to buy their headset, but then this is not the headset I want, I want the different style, so I didn't buy one.
We also pass by with these colorful baby chicks. We thought it's their natural color, but it's not, they were painted, I think. Seeing them like this, I can't help but feel pity for them. I mean, why do they need to paint them into different colors? Their natural color is already cute and pretty, Aigooo.
And finally, its their kind of Pailaw. It's pretty for sure, but it's not as bright and colorful as Plaza de Bansud. Sorry, just can't help comparing it, lol.
They also have this tall Christmas tree here with it's colorful lights. There's a lot of people who're visiting this part too. There's those kids, a couple, some families, and even a set of friends. They all look having so much fun having their night walk here.
Let me also share this shot. I got this reflection shot because it rained that night. And it causes a little flood on this side. I like these shots a lot, lucky for me, there's a little water on the ground. This is only possible because it rained that night.
And here's what it looks like inside, the inside has that "I ❤️ TANAUAN." It's a cool proof that i've been here. Lol. I'm really glad I have my phone now with me. I couldn't even do this during my last visit in Batangas, especially when my late sister took me in Taal. She has photos, but it's different if I have my own copy and shop of it. I'm so glad I can do this now though.
And here's a photo with Mama and lil brother. I look like a suspicious being here with the cap and my hoodie, lol. I had to wear that though because it's super cold in Batangas. Like, why is it so cold? I remember when I went here and got invited by my late sister. It sometimes takes two to three days before I take a bath because I can't really take the coldness. (≧▽≦)
By the way, anyone here who already visit Tanauan? It's lively in there bo? Hehe
