We hope you've been having a fantastic year and experiencing lots of amazing travel adventures. As for me, it's been an awesome year of both traveling and working on TravelFeed. This epic update has been a true global effort, with me working on it in 16 different countries across Southeast Asia and Europe!
I'm thrilled to announce that the latest version of TravelFeed is launching today, and it's packed with a ton of new features and improvements that we can't wait for you to try out. So without further ado, let's dive into all the exciting updates!
🖥️ Get Your Blog Up and Running with TravelFeed Hosting
It's been a long wait, but the time has finally come - the waitlist for TravelFeed Hosting is over! We've received so many requests from our community to try out Hosting, and we're excited to finally open it up to everyone. This is a huge update packed with new features and improvements that will make launching and running your own travel blog easier than ever before. Keep an eye out for another post, it will go into more details about all the updates.
Just a quick note: we've made some changes to our terms of service to reflect our new Hosting plans. Don't worry, it's not as intimidating as it sounds - just a quick read.
🚘 No more bumps in the road thanks to TravelFeed's RC delegation support on Hive
We've had a lot of new members joining Hive through TravelFeed and discovering the benefits, but we've heard from some of you that you've encountered the issue of having to wait to post, comment, or vote again due to low Resource Credits (RCs). This can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to share your travel experiences and connect with the community.
That's why we've made it our mission to make it as easy as possible for travelers to start posting on Hive. If you don't have enough RCs (which is common for new accounts), your posts won't fail anymore - you'll automatically receive a complimentary RC delegation from TravelFeed. This way, you can start using Hive without any barriers and fully experience the benefits without any barriers.

And now, you can spice up those external links (like your affiliate links) with our shiny new Link Button block. We've also spruced up our image gallery block, giving you the power to rearrange your images, remove or add additional shots, and include captions for each individual image (if you want to).
📷 Show off Your Travel Photos Like a Pro with Our Improved Image Features
Ready to showcase your stunning travel photos like a pro? Our updated image galleries make it easier than ever. The Masonry Gallery (default) now looks picture-perfect for small galleries with two portrait-sized images, and the improved Slideshow Gallery will make your photos look like they belong in a high-end travel magazine. Plus, we've improved loading times by lazy loading images and adding a blurred placeholder while they load. Time to let your photos do the talking and wow your followers!
Just in case you are having trouble seeing pictures on TravelFeed, here's a quick fix: try clearing your browser cache for travelfeed.io so the image update can take effect. To do this in Chrome, click on the lock icon next to the URL bar, then select "Site settings" and click "Clear data" 💪
