Hello everyone, I work full time at Ford Motor Company. My undergraduate Degree is in Business Administration from Avila University. I plan to teach a college level Business class after I graduate in May here at Webster University. So I am very excited to be a new instructor hopefully as soon as the Fall, but I am definitely not in a rush as I know it will happen eventually. This is definitely my first time using Hive blog but I must say that I am very impressed and will probably continue to use it in my future classes, I think it's a great way for teacher's and students to interact with each other. A innovative education design project I was considering is on ways DLT can improve the automobile industry. I am open to any comments or suggestions, thank you.

I am also thinking of incorporating DLT into my project. I would be interested in sharing ideas! My primary plan is to use HIVE as a collaborative blog with my fellow math teachers. However, as the Department Chair of my building, I wanted to use the number of HIVE tokens each teacher earns = entry for end of year classroom materials raffle.

Like you, I aspire to use what I have learned through Webster's Education and Innovation program to pursue a career in higher education, either as part of or in addition to the professional work that I am already doing. I have appreciated learning about the emerging innovations in technology, particularly their potential applications in education.
I look forward to learning more about how your innovative education design project will help improve the auto industry. One way I could see that happening is by enabling the brainstorming of innovative engineering ideas using a public blockchain, smart contracts and a rewards system. In any case, I would say that anything Don Tapscott has to say on the subject should prove useful to your research.
Andrea, I wonder if you might consider something like Denise is doing where you use Hive as a sort of innovation collaboration space except for people to share their creative ideas for improving the auto industry?
