More on my series of daytime viewing of the art in the financial district of Buenos Aires. Behind the shutters of many of these businesses there is "oro" which translates to "gold". For that reason, there are bars and physical barriers in addition to other methods.
I love the brightness of the hand and wizard art. I incidentally caught the parrot so I widened the cropping on this one to include it. I may have featured that parrot in another post - there are many here since these birds fly free all over.
I am not sure if there was a devil face that was covered over with a smiley or what - but the paint seems to match the 'M P N' behind the foreground hand.
