Roboto a une tradition. Chaque automne, il peint un nouveau cyborg sur le mur de la galerie Espace 4372 à Montréal. Voici l'édition pour l'automne 2024.

This isn't the first time I've told you about M. Roboto aka Raphaël Dairon, a Montreal-based artist with a futuristic universe. I really like his style. I didn't know that every year he updates this wall in autumn with a new cyborg.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que je vous parle de M. Roboto aka Raphaël Dairon, un artiste basé à Montréal avec un univers futuristique. J'aime beaucoup son style. Je ne savais pas que chaque année, il met à jour ce mur en automne avec un nouveau cyborg.

I prefer the 2023 version. What about you?

Next to it is the stenciled portrait of Ekié. For the more perceptive among you, you may have noticed that the photos were not taken on the same day. A little more snow sometimes. I wasn't yet used to blurred photos taken by my camera, so I hadn't checked that Mr Roboto was blurred on my first visit. I had to go back another day at the beginning of winter.
Il y a toujours à côté le portrait au pochoir de Ekié. Pour les plus perspicaces d'entre vous, vous avez sûrement remarqué que les photos n'ont pas été prises la même journée. Un peu plus de neige parfois. Je n'étais pas encore habitué aux photos floues prises par mon appareil photo, je n'avais pas vérifié que M. Roboto était flou lors de mon premier passage. J'ai dû y retourner un autre jour au début de l'hiver.

Normally, I was supposed to be skiing, but with 9 degrees and rain, it's going to be more of a jacuzzi and restaurant, less sporty 😀

Here it is also way too warm. 4 degrees Celsius today… we did have new snow last night and tomorrow all day.
