Oh wow... That is not good at all! I really don't know what to say, as nothing I say will change the situation!
But it is good that you can voice your frustration here! Maybe it can help to get some of that frustration out of your system...? I can sense your frustration and you are frustrated with good reason! And I fully agree with you, I cannot understand how people can put while they know they have the virus and just don't care about spreading it around! It just blows my mind!
