Iβm not up and running yet. And still ill but there is improvement. When Iβm sick it always takes longer then with others, as I have a weakened immune system. Bit will be fine soon π€π»ππ
What ever happens, Iβm enjoying the new year. As all is newβ¦ and Thursday we travel furtherβ¦ but wonβt reach the end destination until the 16th π
Get lots of sleep and diverse, nutrient-dense foods. I've been involved in health and healing all my life, and I would say that immune systems can be strengthened. I wish I could make some medicinal teas for you. I know you'll recover soon, back to full vitality. I hope that your journey Thursday goes easefully! π π π π β¨ π€
