In this post I continue with my series about “Antofagasta Street Art”. In this occasion I share a couple of photos of a medium size mural that I saw at the city center of this town at the north of Chile. As you can notice the composition is abstract and its vivid colors stand out. In the second photo you can see the surroundings where it was painted. In the neighboring wall there are grafittis and one of them is done with lettering in the proper style of street art.
I show the photos in black and white, as usual I my blog. Even though the colors are a fundamental part of the composition, the monochromatic images are interesting.
The photos were captured with the camera of my cell phone a Samsung Galaxy S20 and edited using Gimp.
Continuando con mi serie de publicaciones sobre el arte urbano de Antofagasta, en esta ocasión presento un pequeño mural que vi en el centro de la ciudad de Antofagasta en el norte de Chile. Su composición es de carácter abstracto y destacan sus vividos colores. Muestro otra foto donde se observa el contexto donde fue pintado, en el muro aledaño se observan unos grafitis, básicos y otros mostrando un lettering al estilo del arte urbano.
Como es usual en mi blog también muestro las imágenes en blanco y negro. Aunque los colores forman parte fundamental de la composición, la versión monocromática también es llamativa.
Las imágenes fueron captadas con la cámara de mi celular/móvil S20 y editadas en Gimp.
