Hello everyone!
At the end of August, I visited the city of Piran, which is located in Slovenia at the very edge of the Istrian peninsula.
This wonderful city is located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. The wonderful architecture and ancient history of the city did not leave me indifferent. I fell in love with Piran!
In its narrow streets, cozy cafes and restaurants, in the sound of the sea, its cleanliness.
Everywhere I go I look for graphic designs on the walls. And when I went down from the hill where the church of St. George stands to the sea, I saw a whole wall with pictures. They were so bright and colorful! I looked at these works of art for a long time, moving away a little to see the whole picture, then coming closer to see individual details.

В кінці серпня я відвідала місто Піран, що знаходиться в Словенії на самому краю півострова Істрія.
Це чудове місто знаходиться на побережжі Адріатичного моря. Чудова архітектура та древня історія міста не залишили мене байдужою. Я закохалася в Піран!
В його вузенькі вулиці, затишні кафе та ресторани, в шум моря, його чистоту.
Всюди, де я буваю я шукаю графічні малюнки на стінах. І коли я спускалася з пагорба, де стоїть церква Святого Георгія до моря я побачила цілу стіну з малюнками. Вони були такі яскраві та кольорові! Я довго розглядала ці витвори мистецтва, відходячи трохи щоб побачити ціліну картину, то приближалася, щоб розгледіти окремі деталі.

Немало випив рому цей пірат за своє життя!

Piranha originated a long time ago. The city developed and developed thanks to salt mining and sea trade. And of course, pirates roamed the sea in search of prey. Often they also attacked merchant ships in order to feed on gold and silver. Legends about ruthless and cruel pirates. Pirates not only attacked ships for the purpose of robbery, but also captured entire cities. Movies are made about pirates, novels are written, romanticizing these dangerous criminals. Of course, a lot of time has passed, and now only pirate tales remain in a slightly lighter version.
In any case, I am glad that I was able to see with my own eyes the paintings where the artist engraved their faces for us.

Піран виник дуже давно. Місто розвивалося та розбудовувалося завдяки видобутку солі та морській торгівлі. І звісно, на морі рискали пірати у пошуках здобичі. Часто вони нападали і на торгові кораблі щоб поживитися золотом та сріблом. Легенди про безжальних та жорстоких піратів. Пірати не тільки нападали на судна з метою грабунку, але й захоплювали цілі міста. Про піратів знімають фільми, пишуть романи, романтизуючи цих небезпечних злочинців. Звичайно, пройшло багато часу, і зараз залишаються лише перекази про піратів у трохи полегшеному варіанті.
У всякому разі, я рада, що могла побачити на власні очі картини, де художник закарбував для нас їхні обличчя.
Тож, дякую всім, хто прочитав мій допис та переглянув мої фото!
