Was the hotel stay a over Christmas choice for a reason - perhaps family stop over location?
I can’t imagine old traditions like the Morris Dancers continuing in another 100 years time. It’ll probably be in VR.
I am no expert, but there are distinct differences in some of them. As I said, some taste quite smokey and some really feel like they are burning your throat. Others in this community describe them better than I can.
The hotel was a way to get the whole family together and reduce the work involved. It was good, but I do like being home again. I have spent too much time in hotels on work trips.
