Buying Random WAX Nfts.

in WAX3 years ago (edited)

Last night, I decided to go on a small WAX nft shopping spree.

My goal was basically to familiarize myself with the main Nft market on the WAX blockchain. I wasn't really sure how to find good projects so i did some random searches on the main page for verified nft projects. I found some really cheap trading cards for "Alien.worlds" and bought them, even though I have no idea what this game is Lol. 🤣 😅

I managed to find the about page for Alien.worlds. As you can see, #WAX has a very professional front end for sell nfts. You can see if a collection is whitelisted [check mark]. You can see the 24h volume and the total volume for the project.

I also checked out the Top Sales of All Time for the Alien.worlds collection. You can see that there were some VERY expensive card buys. I think this game has some type of mining component if I remember. Maybe these cards are rare mining options? I have no idea I need to research more. It does blow my mind how much they sold for? Then again it's on a popular chain for NFTS. I will certainly do more research into this game!

image.png At this point, I asked the regulars in the #pizza discord server about what collectibles they liked on WAX. One of the suggestions I really liked were "Draco Dice". The designs on the dice were really cool. Also dice are so easy to use in a variety of games! It seemed like a good investment. Today I revisited the #WAX market, but I looked a little deeper for a project that I liked the artwork/concept of. I found a card game I really like called Darkgalaxies. I really enjoy the style of this collection so I started a small collection!
