I prefer spicy food, including pizza, but sometimes we make a mild one for variation, and it's actually quite sweet. It doesn't have any tomato sauce since we always put spices in that, just a little butter so the dough won't dry out when baking the pizza. Then it's topped with shredded napa cabbage, thin slices of brie cheese, and a few rings of red bell pepper. And a little regular pizza cheese on top. No herbs, no spices, no hot sauce. Just a sweet but still refreshing flavour to take a slice of in between the spicier ones.
I should add, we make 2 or 3 square-shaped pizzas on baking sheets, each half with different toppings, and cut them in very small slices - around 2x4 inches - so eating many different slices is quite easy :D
