Ellie is NOT mad at least.

If you've been a follower of my blog and didn't miss the last post about this game, you should understand at last a part of the title. Let me remind you a little. Ellie was not acting normal after being traumatized at Silver Lake and she suddenly ran off seeing something, leaving Joel behind.

I already showed in the thumbnail what was attracting Ellie. It's this big giraffe and I just remembered them living this moment in the live action TV series and it felt great living that moment myself in the game now.

I walked towards the giraffe when Ellie was asking me not to scare it off. When I tried to interact with the big buddy there, Joel called Ellie and suggested her doing the same. Then it was going away and I noticed more of them.

Ellie ran outside the building, I followed her and we noticed there was a pack of them. Ellie looked happy after seeing these animals and Joel asked her if that's everything she was hoping for and it looked like Ellie became normal again, and she's not mad at least.

Then Joel told Ellie they didn't need to do this. He was talking about they'd not need to go to the fireflies but Ellie asked what's the other option. Joel replied they could go back to Tommy but Ellie didn't want to stop after everything they've been through and after everything she did.

We used the stairs to walk below when Ellie was suggesting they'd go wherever they want once they're done with the vaccination process and Joel said he wouldn't leave without her anyway so they can try and wrap it up.

Then we reached this place that looks like once a big camp of the Army when the apocalypse began and Joel was mentioning he ended up in a triage just like this when everything went down. Then Ellie started talking about Sarah when I was looking around and Joel didn't mind her talking about Sarah anymore.

I started collecting resources from around that place and then I found this workbench which was probably the last one I found in this concept as I was close to the end, and I upgraded some gears there.

When I found a way forward, Ellie called me saying she got something for me and its the portrait of Joel having Sarah with him that he returned to Tommy. Ellie stole it from the camp. This time Joel didn't return it. He kept it to him saying, "No matter how hard you try... I guess you can't escape your past. Thank you".

We had to walk through this abandoned bus where I noticed a dead body, its great that he was not a zombie.

After coming out of the bus, I noticed this military tank there near the board that says Salt lake City, Military Warzone ahead and I climbed up there to take this cool photo when Ellie was looking at me being surprised.

We'll check what happens next in another post.
