I was surprised with this whole adventure, first of all I find it interesting how the doctor used anesthesia, I did not believe that for the time in which the game is set it existed, therefore the patient managed to survive the pain as well. The scene to tell the truth looks crude when they amputate the man's arm...
Something I did not expect is that mysteriously there are cults in the woods doing rituals, hehehe, very good post and special moments, no doubt I was perplexed to see that this game is literally a virtual world that stays alive!
