Hello everyone.
What a pleasure to be here again sharing some of my adventures in Assassin's Creed Valhalla through the screenshots I'm taking as I progress through the story. This time, the weekly community contest asks us to share our Best Picks and, honestly, I've been in a dilemma, as I find myself unable to decide which are the best screenshots.
At first it was clear to me, but the more I looked at them, the less I was sure which one to choose. On the one hand, it was because I liked them all, and on the other hand, there was the fact that, as such, they would not be the best screenshots of the game, as I still have a long way to go to discover the whole map. So I'll start by sharing some night scenes where I was testing the new design of the raven lookout.
Taking advantage of the night, I will also show you some images of Eivor fishing. Fishing itself is a beautiful sport, so I'm sure more than one of you will like this kind of catches and even more with a night setting. On more than one occasion I have been spellbound watching the reflection of the moonlight flickering on the rippling surface of the water.
And since I mentioned Eivor, let's not forget that he is the undisputed protagonist of this story, so there could be no shortage of images that focus on him as the main component of the frame. Eivor is an imposing figure, whether he is meditating, kissing his girlfriend or riding his big white wolf.
Now let's change the subject a bit and see some landscapes, which abound a lot in this game. From frozen wastelands where white and gray make everything look like it was drawn in pencil, to valleys and colorful hills, like the garden of Asgard.
We cannot fail to mention also the sunsets in which this game boasts of its ambient lighting, which in many occasions can partially dazzle the camera lens in photographic mode, but if you manage to frame the image well at the right time and place, you can make magic.
Last but not least, we have some Roman-style ruins and buildings that are scattered throughout Britain, hiding secrets and giving us incredible views and a lot of possibilities.
But as beauty is in the eye of the beholder and is often found in the least expected places, I leave for the end a small selection of what for me are my best captures and as you can see, its content is quite simple.
Thank you very much for reading my post. If you liked it, please leave a comment and consider following me so you don't miss my next posts. I'd love to know your opinion and your thoughts about the topic I discussed in this post, see you in the next one!

Thanks, I really enjoyed making the captures and it killed my doubt when it came to choosing them.
🤗
This screenshot made me imagine one of the Viking chapters of AOE, no doubt if it was a game with this graphical reality it would look like this, thanks for sharing.
