The missing statue of Avery.

in Gaming Photography7 months ago (edited)

At the end our exploration in the islands, we found the missing statue of Avery and for that, I had to go through some puzzles that I loved trying. The binocular that the statue was holding might show us the way of Libertalia and we came back to the beginning after this.

So, after exploring around and talking about the symbols and maps in there, we decided to open the big door and see what's waiting for us on the other side. The door looked too heavy that both of them had to work together to open this up.

After getting on the other side, we found a big wheel that looks like a wheel of a pirate ship and it was in the middle of a big rounded chamber. There was a light on the wheel and there were symbols on all over the walls of this chamber.

It looks like we got ourself another trial.

After exploring around the chamber a little, I went for the wheel and we found impressive engineering there. To understand what I needed to to there, I first tried and rotating the wheel for sometimes.

And then I understood that it was about matching the symbols on the spheres and move them to the correct lighting. The spheres could be rotated that changes the symbols and I could move them from one side to another.

It seemed a little hard at the beginning but it started making sense when I tried to mess up with the impressive engineering there. As I was matching the symbols as I needed to be, there were statues of the pirates coming out in the open and I made all eleven statues to come out except for the one of Avery that seemed weird.

With the statues, we found this chamber with this switch as well which was like a elevator that took us out in the open.

After coming out, we noticed a big statue of Avery was coming up from the ground on the island where we visited before. The island with the big tower. Now we need to get there and see what's that giant statue was holding for us.

Now to get down and get to the other island, we had to climb up and get to other side of the mountain as I noticed there's a rope that should take us down easily and safely.

After trying a photoshoot there, I tried sliding through the rope and Nathan was shouting with, "Don't snap, don't snap, don't snap". Hahaha. And this route took us in the cave where we left our boat.

I started driving the boat with excitement as we might get something this time and after reaching the island where the statue was waiting for us, I stopped there to capture this photo that I used for the cover photo of this post.

After climbing halfway to the statue thought the mountain, one of us had to support another to get to the shoulder of the statue and check out the binocular that the statue was holding.

Nathan asked Sam to jump over him but Sam insisted Nathan to do the honors so I jumped there and got close to the binocular.

Through the binocular, the pirate captain tried to show us an island far from where we were and it looked like there was heavy storm happening on that island.

Sam was asking if there's any big-skull-shaped island or what and Nathan replied that its a big island but no skull. Sam was now saying this this gotta be Libertalia but Nathan was mentioning that's optimistic considering everything.

Now when Sam was suggesting Nathan that he's allowed to feel a little bit of excitement over this when he's alone there and Nathan replied that he'll get excited when they get Alcazar's noose off Sam's neck.

Hearing this, Sam tried a light smile and was about to say something about this that impelled me to think that maybe Sam was not true with the Alcazar' story.

When Nathan was asking what's the story about him saying, "Okay" in a way that should be opposite of okay, they noticed a lots of boat of Rafe coming towards the islands.

The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.

SEE YOU.

Beautiful screenshots. The puzzles in that game remind me of some missions in other games and I think that's great.

Thanks for your compliment about the screenshots. You can find such puzzles in similar adventure games like Tomb Raider or in other similar games.

Now, that's a cool statue, I'm talking about the big one.

Sam tried a light smile and was about to say something about this that impelled me to think that maybe Sam was not true with the Alcazar' story

I'm also thinking that Sam hid something from Nathan.

Yeah, that big statue looks good. I hope Sam didn't do anything wrong which might make Nathan feel betrayed. Thanks for the curation.

Things are getting very interesting with this treasure hunt, I have a feeling that action is on the way, thanks for sharing.

Great action is on the way, my friend. Just wait and see.
