What do you see on the thumbnail? I merged two photos there where I was facing some monsters no the lower one and there was Amelie waving me on the upper one.
Well, I had to look for a way to cross the tar belt and get to Edge Knot City but I couldn't think of a way that Die-Hardman was hinting me about so I took help from a YouTube video and understood what I had to do there.
So, after getting drowned in the tar, I didn't get to play from a restart automatically, I had to repatriate that sent Sam at the shore and gave me another chance to start afresh.
Now I knew what to do. I had to face the BT's there on the shore and this time they'd actually help me finding a way to cross the tar so I started playing with them. But how they'd help me?
Die-Hardman was saying it'd be a different story if I could raise some sort of platform while its impossible to walk directly on top of the tar. Now how I could raise platforms out of tar? Die-Hardman did sound like he knew what he was talking about but he was only hinting me, not directing me properly.
Look when I was going through the BT's, there were these ghosts came out of under ground to take me with them and I needed that. Though I shook them all and reached the tar again.
Then there came more of these ghosts as there were BT's close to me and they came out of the tar this time and I gave up, didn't shake them this time as they could only help me if I'd become silent.
Do you see what happened then? Do you remember "Past-Landscape" rising up from underground when the BT's tries to hunt me in this way.
And I just caused the route across the tar to appear and I could get to Edge Knot City now passing the tar belt. Die-Hardman was saying with me out there giving it my all, there's home still hope for them.
Now I had to traverse the "Past-Landscape" that has risen from the tar and head west when these giant whale kept jumping around me. The buildings were also drowning and rising and I just had to do the correct timing to do it.
Then suddenly I noticed something strange ahead of me. It's Amelie waving at me and it looked like she was floating above the tar water. Not just me, Sam also got surprised seeing Amelie there and I had to get to her now.
I jumped in the water and started running towards her when a whale jumped behind her and look at this scene. But when I reached Amelie, she left Sam when he was drowning in the tar.
It looked like Amelie didn't care at all and Sam drowned in the tar water slowly. I just hope this is the story, and not my failure.
