Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord Inns

in Gaming Photography7 days ago

Hey there my friends, it's been a long time since I've posted in this community, maybe more than a year, I don't remember my last post. This is because I don't play games with high image quality, the games I do play are more about gameplay and there's no quality stuff to see. Today I will share with you the inns in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, one of the games I have played with the highest image quality.

Inns get very little attention in this game. Most of the time you don't even need to go inside to do your business there. You can easily complete quests from the menu. Only a few of them require you to actually go inside and interact with the characters.

But I like spending time in inns because they are one of the few places in the game where you can socialize and spend time without fighting. Moreover, you can enjoy the music playing in the inns. There are 6 different kingdoms in the game and in the inns of each kingdom, music appropriate to the culture of that kingdom is played. The inns are also decorated accordingly. I like to observe the architectural and decorative details in the inns.

In the inn of this kingdom, they bring you meat, grapes, bread and wine. It might be beer, I am not sure. You can tell that this city is prosperous by the abundance of food hanging in the inn. The details of the rugs, the cushions people sit on and especially the embroidery on the partitions give you an idea of the culture of the city. I don't normally play the game in such high quality, but since I won't be fighting here and will only be spending time inside the inn, I increased the display quality.

Some of the inns have windows. Of course you can't see out of them because it's too small. This city must not be very rich because there is little food both in the inn and on the tables. The stairs seem to be made of stone or adobe. I guess this inn belongs to the kingdom of Aseray.

It is not very difficult to understand which kingdom this inn belongs to. An inn made entirely of wood can only belong to the kingdom of Batanya. There is no food in the inn but you can see beer on the tables. Even the mat on the floor is made of wood. The lighting is also very different from other kingdoms.

My memory refreshes as I look at the photos. This inn made of stone and wood belongs to the Sturgian kingdom. The abundant food shows that this city is prosperous. There are also bear skins on the wall. Bear hunting may have been an important source of livelihood in this kingdom in the north of the map. There are also beer kegs in many parts of the inn.

Well, I don't know which kingdom these photos belong to because it looks like Sturgya. The bear skins you see around made me think of that, but I am sure this is a different kingdom. The only thing I can think of is that even if it belonged to a different kingdom, because it was conquered by the other kingdom, the inn might have been redecorated according to the conquering kingdom. I don't know if this is possible in this game, but I guess so.

Thank you very much for reading, I hope you like these photos. I hope to post more in this community soon. Yes, they may not have the most impressive graphics, but I will do my best. I have a new game in mind. Take care and have a great day!
