Mary returned and she returned to seek more help from Arthur whose heart was broken by none other than her. I had to option to refuse helping her but you know, I'm trying to unveil all the stories so I went for it. This time it was about her father who was the culprit in breaking their love relation.
Mary was waiting at Hotel Grand and she was happy seeing me there. After coming down, when she said it was about her father, Arthur was leaving but she started begging to help her. It looks like Arthur still had something for her so he stopped and I had the option to help Mary or not and I accepted it.
Mary asked Arthur to help with her father who has become consumed by a gambling addiction so I was riding to find her father, taking her on the horseback. I don't know why, it felt great riding the horse having her on the back.
After reaching the spot, Mary suggested she'd go in alone and see what kind of a state her father's in. Arthur asked Mary to scream if she needed anything, lol.
The cleaning man outside was telling Arthur he couldn't stand there on the street and the man started behaving rough thinking Arthur a no one so Arthur taught him a lesson then suddenly Mary and her father came out of the barn.
As the man was up to no good, Mary suggested we'd follow him so we started following him from a distant so he doesn't see us.
He suddenly went between some crates and when I was going there, Mary pulled Arthur as her father stopped ahead and was scolding a passer-by. It was a bad timing for Mary's father but it looked romantic enough in between Mary and Arthur.
Man was drunk and was not so stable while walking but he disappears suddenly so I ran after seeing him getting into an alleyway. We kept following him there.
Then we found him talking to someone and it looked like he was selling something to a man for cash. Mary became angry seeing this as her father just sold her mother's brooch.
Mary started shouting at her father as he sold her mother's brooch and as Arthur understood how dear it was to Mary, he decided to get the brooch back but the buyer tried escaping taking a wagon.
There was a horse hitched there by the road and I started riding it as I'd lose the buyer otherwise if I'd wait for my horse and then I started chasing the buyer when they were getting out of the town.
After chasing the wagon for quite some times, I jumped on it when I found it best suited.
Then I threw one of them and the driver jumped out of the wagon himself leaving the buyer on the back.
I rode the wagon to a secluded place so I could beat him up without alerting any citizens and after reaching a good spot, I dragged him out of the wagon.
I asked for the brooch being calm at first but he asked me to pay him a hundred dollar for it. I gave him a tight punch and then he asked for fifty dollars. I punched him again and he gave me his final offer which was twenty-five dollars.
But I was not paying him anything so I started kicking him now so he gave it away for free.
I'd let him leave/live but he was threatening that I'd have to pay for this when he was escaping so I just blew his brain out and then I looted what else he had with him.
Arthur rode to Mary in the cinematic and found her waiting with a sad face but she go happy having the brooch back.
Arthur was walking Mary to the hotel but she said she'd want to go to the theatres with Arthur and I accepted.
It seemed like Arthur was dating with Mary with how they were behaving and after getting inside the theatre, we wasted some times there.
Then I decided to end it so I came outside and then Mary suddenly asked Arthur to run with her right away. Arthur said he wanted to but he had some peoples to take care of. Mary got sad and went for her hotel completing the mission.

How cool it must have been to see this scene, it's like watching a movie, truly games never cease to amaze.

Yes, it was a nice moment and I liked this part of the game. I wish they could reunite in the game but I guess that's not gonna happen as heard Arthur dies later.
