I didn't know I had this truck to claim because I was not looking around, and when I found out I could claim it, I wasn't late. This truck seemed perfect for a wild track so I decided to try an event I thought would be on the beach.
So today, it's about the Toyota #1 T100 Baja Truck 1993.
I wished to show off the truck getting it on the beach so I drove a long way and reached the beach passing the event I was going to next, and I started taking pictures of the truck with the beach, sea, and mountains as the backgrounds.
Playa Azul is a sleepy seaside town, and it may be a sleepy seaside town but we shouldn't be lulled into a false sense of security. This circuit is as tough as they come and I had to watch out for water on the apex of turn 2, and this is what the details of the circuit say.
It was a 3 laps event in the morning with cloudy weather though I didn't see clouds anywhere but a clear sky. There were a total of 12 racers including me and I started with 4th position.
I got ahead of the two racers before getting to the first turn and I became the first positioned holder at the first turn as you can see in the photo above.
But luck was not on my side as I lost control of the truck at the first turn right after getting ahead of the first racer and then all other racers went ahead of me leaving me behind.
I normally restart the event in such a situation but this time I decided to see what happens next so I sped up and got ahead of some cars already. Wait a minute, Which one is my car among those four? I mean they're all the same.
I was speeding up and was trying to get ahead of the other racers but when I went ahead of that black truck, it tried hard to lose me but I didn't give the racer a chance to get ahead of me.
Then I started driving even faster this time as I had to get to the first three at least and I held the first position after getting ahead of those two trucks though I noticed the first two were just too ahead of me.
I understood and accepted that I'd have to win the event third as getting ahead of the first two was not my cup of tea anymore so I tried to ride clean for the rest of the event.
But suddenly I messed it up when the last checkpoint was too close. I lost control of the car trying a hard drift at a hard turn and two trucks went ahead of me when I blocked the others.
Then my target was to get ahead of them and finish the event holding the third position where I could get ahead of one but not the other one so I finished it 4th.
I'd use the same truck again but the trucks were too slow for this track so I got in this BMW X5 M 2011 and found it super fast against the supercars that were racing against me.
I was like 2 seconds away from the finishing line when all the other racers were long behind me as I was too fast with this car but I messed it up there and finished 8th this time.
I tried the same car once more and this time I tried to do it as clean as I could. I was already ahead of all the racers so I tried to slow down at every turn so I don't mess it up again and I finished first this time.

Man, that was a wild ride and that truck looked perfect for the beach shots. Its great that you got that first-place win in the end after fighting hard to recover. I'd say its a perfect comeback with the BMW.
