In this chapter of Dragon Dogma Dark Arisen, I have found a very interesting moment, where I finally managed to find the night knight where according to the tales of the inhabitants of the kingdom, is the guy who is involved in the sect of darkness that has been scoring the inhabitants of the kingdom and has given a serious headache to the king product of the undead that has begun to come out in the catacombs of the kingdom.
This time, I see a confrontation against Lady Mercedes and the shadow knight Julien, so let's see what happened in this chapter.
Previously, I was embarking to the blue moon fortress, where the evil sorcerer Salomet is hiding, who had stolen from the king a very important ring that he says holds a very special power inside, and that in the wrong hands can unleash chaos in the world.
The place was guarded by many guards, the same bandits as always, but you could say that these are the elite of the bounty hunters, since even a mystical archer was in that place.
My confrontation against Salomet was simple, since with a single blow I could kill him, but the truth is that his abilities were amazing, the bad thing is that he did not allow me to get close, since he was airborne.
After facing Salomet and emerging victorious from that battle, I continued with my next objective, to follow Ser Mercedes, who was in search of Julien, since she suspects that he is responsible for the dark sect being in the castle and making evil pacts with other people to create skeletons and other malevolent entities.
I had arrived at the camp where Julien and Mercedes are, but a fight was already being fought between the same soldiers of the king, so I joined Mercedes' troops to lend them my support, as it was a direct order from the king to accompany her on this mission, although our objectives are totally different.
Then Julian and Mercedes were fighting a death match, where I had to interrupt to help Mercedes, otherwise I would have died in this fight and here was where I discovered that Julien is the night knight and is responsible for all the cultists of darkness, so I had to eliminate them.
After returning to the castle to report my mission, a soldier interrupts the conversation with the king's royal advisor, and he tells me that there is trouble on the bridge away from the castle, so I quickly went, but upon arrival, another soldier calls me to return to the castle immediately, as it is being attacked by a powerful creature, so when we peeked over the edge of the mountain, we noticed that the castle was on fire, so I decided to return quickly.
I had headed towards the castle and I faced a creature that had invoked the sect of darkness, I defeated it, but I had completely forgotten to take some screenshots of that moment, but that did not matter, since we will see the creature again in the future in the story of the game.
After that I helped Madeline escape from the castle, since they wanted to imprison her for dirty business in the city, so I helped her escape, since we met her at the beginning of the game.
Then I had done an escort mission to the peak of farewell to the warrior, a cemetery where lie some good champions, I'm ready to go for the “final” mission of the game, where from there, things will begin to get much more complicated, so we'll see in future chapters of the game.
