The Battle in Furuta Village, Tsushima

The Entrance

There was not much activity in real life today, so I am excited to post my activity in Tsushima's World. The virtual world which full of beauty and beasts.

I am aiming to claim one of the Mongol Territory, the Furuta Village. The reward for succeeding this side quest were points of legend, some steel, and progress of stance which really caught my attention. What really grab my attention was the story that I can share with everyone who interested.

The Battle Begin

I arrive with my horse in the evening. It's raining, and I am looking from outside, not very far from Furuta Village. The fog was blocking my sight, making me unable too see clearly from this spot.

At first, I was thinking about going undetected, and killing the Mongols one by one. But then I changed my mind, making my entrance a bit noisy from the start. As a result, the spearman caught me off guard. Blood everywhere on my Traveller's Atire. It's not easy to capture the moment while blocking and dodging the attack.

That made the spearman my first blood for this attack. Most of the time, the photo mode helps me to pause the game, and can give me enough time to beware of my surroundings. It gave me time to count how many enemies were approaching.

I do that on purpose, just want to take a perfect shot of blood coming out of my body.

I think that's fatality. The end of the life of that spearman.

The same goes for this man. Look at my attire and katana, full of bloods.

How much blood comes out from the armpits?

To fight an enemy with a shield, you need a different stance. I admit, I forgot the name. This looks like a good parry.

It looks a bit dark since it's almost night.

Fallen shield mean victory is mine.

After defeating the guard at the village's entrance, I saw three working villages under the bridge. It seem like they've been forced to work.

There were two patrolling horsemen. I tried to sneak out and kill one of them.

I managed to injure one of them. But this seems alerting the whole army in the village.

Mongols start coming out of the building and guard post.

Even the leader was alerted to my action. I don't want to fight the leader now, I'll kill the rest first. There was this quest that required me to observe the leader without getting detected. The quest was still available, means I can run away and wait for them to calm down, observe the leader, and strike again.

Archer always has to die first. The range weapon is so annoying.

I've been dodging, running, jumping and avoiding getting intense fight with leader.

My favorite shot of the day. The fatal kick! It's really hard to get this final blow shots.

A lot of archers were killed during this attack. I lost count.

Look at that leader. I've been running in circles. Jumping and dodging.

The bloods coming out from the armpits right?

It was an intense fight. I didn't realize how many time flies during this battle. But, it sure a lots of fun.

The enemies keep coming from all directions.

Mud cover my attire. It's raining, so the soil has become mud.

I can't wait to fight the Leader.

The battle keeps on going. It will not stop until all enemies are down.

The enemies fall one by one.

I am not sure what happen here. But this one seems to be hiding behind the rock. So I jump from up there and make an attack from the air.

My katana went through the throat.

The Boss Battle

After I killed the one who was hiding behind the rock, I ran away from the village. Wait until the army calms down. Then I sneaked into this house, found out there this spearmen inside with this women. The women seems afraid of him, so I killed him.

After I slit his throat, the women ran away.

Shot from the back angle.

I sneaked into the Leader's combat training ground. Climbed the fence and then took this shot without being detected. Can assassinate kill him in one hit?

Tried to backstab the Leader.

The assassination skill doesn't kill him. But I'm sure he was injured.

He pushed me and countered my backstab attack. That's the fight I am expecting.

I lure him outside from his training ground to this main bridge of the village.

It was intense fight.

The Leader are not to be taken lightly, one wrong move is fatal. In this battle, I won, again.

The katana is indeed sharp.

The moment I pulled the katana from his body.

From different angle.

I can see a spearman was coming to this bridge.

The leader now lying on the bridge lifeless, while the battle still not yet ended.

Another body for the bridge.

Here come the Giant. I am really happy that he came here on his own will.

I think the vitality of the giant is equal with the leader, but his attack were a bit slow. But, if get hit by it, it will be trouble. I mean look at that weapon, big!

Hit the crotch, but not dead.

I thought it was my final kill. But there were two incoming enemies.

This enemies were easy kill.

I think this will be the last one.

The battle was fun and intense on this bridge. Look at those bodies. I won. Yay!

Safely sheath the katana.

Just checking around. The village is now free from the enemies.

I already avenge these villagers.

Some photo of the Furuta Village

After defeating the Mongol in this village, I took some time to take photos. The village is beautiful. I hope there will be refugee fill this village in the future.

So, that's all for today. I am having fun and enjoying my gaming time. I hope that everyone is having a blast with your game. Have fun and stay healthy. Goodbye.
