After opening the Guardian Tree, I had to fight a giant that came out of the tree cave. Then I had to purify a dead zone heart inside and I found the second relic there which is Food Offering. Not just the relic, we found a special weapon there that Rusu used to open up the gate of Lantern Cave.
After opening the gate, this giant titled "Sprout Captain" came out of the tree cave having a big health bar and started attacking me immediately. And I also attacked him at the same time and mine was more powerful so it hit him bad.
The mighty Sprout Captain looked so tough with his double swords but was not so fast and he seemed lazy. He had a good health bar but he couldn't hold onto this as I kept attacking him really fast. The hammer rot attacks were too impactful on him.
After getting inside the tree cave, I found that place was corrupted with dead zone heart so I purified it and then I found something there, that looked like a book.
There were some rocks that looked like some figures following Taro, Beni and Saiya.
The book magically filled in the mask of Taro and it was the second relic that we just collected. Rusu came over and said they leave offerings to the Guardian Tree asking it to protect the ones they love and that food offering was left by Taro for the children.
And we found a powerful weapon there that Rusu mentioned skilled hunters created it with spirit energy and he decided to use it on the gate to the Lantern Cave where I might find the third relic.
I was running towards the gate of the Lantern Cave and I found this cursed chest on my way. Knowing its a cursed chest and I'd have to fight some monsters, I tried opening it and there came total 5 enemies that I had to deal withing a limited short time.
I was going slow avoiding the timeline so I missed to kill all 5 monsters in the given time. Then I tried again and I didn't do the same mistake again. After killing all 5 monsters in the given time, I found a Taro hat for the Rot's.
Then I reached the gate to the Lantern Cave but it was now being guarded by some monsters and it looked like there was a special boss this time who was entitled as "Mage".
Mage looked like a witch who had special power and she could even create other monsters to fight alongside me but it was not hard taking her down.
When I was done taking down all the monsters, there came Rusu to open the gate for me. I'm still confused why Rusu don't fight these monsters, at least he can fight them alongside me if he 's afraid to do it alone.
Rusu didn't come empty-handed, he carried the special arrow that was created with spirit energy. Rusu shot and broke the barrier of the gate to Lantern Cave.
